Firstly, ask yourself these questions.
1) Do you have a laptop in school and a laptop/PC at home?
2) Do you often transfer files to your thumbdrive?
3) Do you email yourself documents when you forget your thumbdrive?

Dropbox is a software that syncs your files online and across computers. Think of it like a magic box!
This means that when you drop your files(any files; word,ppt,excel,images)in a folder on your office laptop, it will also appear in the same folder on your home PC/laptop. You can also access the files online without installation into a PC/laptop. This is useful when you want to use the workroom PC stations. .jpg)
Best of all, it is free! Well, free for a 2GB account! If you want a bigger account, then you got to pay.
Steps to follow:
Go to https://www.dropbox.com/ (You can check out the video to learn more!!)
Download and install dropbox in your office laptop. (You need JC/Nick to help you install)
Download and install dropbox in your home PC.
Create an account at https://www.dropbox.com/login#register
You are ready to start using this magic folder!
